What I Ate Wednesday

I haven't done a What I Ate Wednesday post in a while…actually since I've been off the hard core training wagon...so I thought that would be fun for today! Plus I have this weird delusion that people actually give a crap about what I eat. 

First things first...last night I read over yesterdays post, just to reassure myself that I didn't forget to fix any errors before posting it.
Upon reading it I realized that I had 2 stupid errors in it, that made me sound like I have no idea how to speak. Oops! I guess that's what I get for rushing to put the post out before heading into work. 

Lesson learned. Take my time.

Breakfast


Breakfast Burrito - Eggs, Soy Chorizo, Spinach


Snack



Workout: 4 mile run in perfect 73 degree weather!


Post Workout


Smoothie - Banana, Strawberries, Blueberries, Raspberries, Yogurt, Splash of milk


Lunch


Panini - Chicken, Arugula, Red Pepper, Green Pepper, Cheddar


Late Snack




Dinner


Raw Zucchini, Onion, Avocado, Corn, Cilantro, Black Beans, Lime Juice, Rice, Shrimp Sauteed in Coconut Oil.
This recipe was given to me by my coach. It's so fresh and amazing!!!

  1. ALL of that looks yummy! We're making panninis for dinner as I type this (and by we, I mean my husband). Sandwiches are the best! And I'll have to try that dinner dish - avocado makes everything awesome!
