What I Ate Wednesday

Hello hello! This week is flying by. Likely because it has been another busy week. 

I actually took 2 rest days in a row this week, because I'm crazy exhausted. The first rest day was a planned day on my training schedule, and the second ended up being spur of the moment today. 
I just felt like I was run ragged. I know it's mostly because of the sweet hulk baby, who is literally living off of me. But I swear it also has a little to do with that sugary drink of crap that I had to drink for my gestational diabetes test today. Immediately after I drank it I just felt awful. Then I was dragging the rest of the day. 

The good news…I had some yummy food today!!!

Things have been delicious on the food front lately. PJ requested to go back to Paleo a few weeks ago, so we did. Well, he went back to Paleo. I am more Primal…meaning I still do some dairy. My calcium needs are high right now…and I've been loving milk the past 7 months…so all of the dairy for me!

Breakfast


Omelet - 3 eggs, shredded chicken and spinach


AM Snack


Smoothie - Blueberries, Strawberries, Raspberries, Banana, Coconut milk, 1/2 Chobani Yogurt



Then I ate the other half of the yogurt.


Lunch


Shredded chicken breast (Monday's crock pot creation) topped with diced tomato's and zucchini, yellow pepper, onion, tomato.


PM Snack



Dinner


Achorn squash with ground turkey, onion, cherry tomato's.
