This little bundle will be joining us in December. As you can imagine, we are beyond happy and can't wait to welcome this little one.
I have been so excited to start blogging about this pregnancy! It has been so hard not to talk about it. I wanted to make sure I remembered some of the first trimester fun, so I took some notes on my phone throughout, to have when it was time to blog.
Here are some of those gem's:
I'm so exhausted I can't even fathom how I will make it through the next hour. I'm sure I'll die first.
So nauseous. The only thing I want to eat is toast with avocado...and panini's.
My stomach muscles have already given up. Everything is just so jiggly.
Pregnancy is...a million beautiful miracles. And constantly having to change your underwear.
Hot tamales! OMG!!!!
Is it just me, or is it really nauseous in here?
Clothes are getting pretty tight...
9 weeks and 2 days: I read an article that talked about week 9 being the peak of exhaustion and nausea. Realized I'm actually feeling pretty reasonable. I laughed.
9 weeks and 5 days: Death. So sick I can't keep food down and so tired that I can't even get out of bed. Went to bed at 6:30pm two nights in a row.
Sauerkraut with Sriracha!!!!
My last note was at 10 weeks...probably because I started feeling so much better at that point. Now, at the end of the first trimester I am feeling no nausea and my appetite has completely returned! I'm still pretty tired most of the time, but I think that's just a normal state of being at this point of life.
The biggest difference between my two pregnancies thus far...I look so much further along than I did at this point with Aria. Before we started telling people they could tell that I was either expecting, or gaining a bunch of weight in my uterus. The mystery was not there this time!
Well, Aria is napping so I'm off to stuff my face with this beauty....
And do today's strength training.
Happy Thursday Friends!
