Postnatal Fitness is a one on one personal training package geared towards helping mom's reconnect with their bodies, rebuild their strength, and feel empowered in their expereince.

This program includes:

  • A one on one call to discuss your particular goals
  • Training program specific to healing post pregnancy and birth and achieving your specific goals
  • Instructional videos of exercises
  • Core training to help reconnect your abdominal muscles and achieve a functional core
  • Pelvic floor exercises for reestablishing pelvic floor strength and total body stabilization
  • Self care techniques and tools
  • Nutritional guidance
  • Meal planning tips and tools
  • Weekly check in's via phone
