Fit for Birth

My Prenatal Training program is a one on one personal training package geared directly towards your pregnancy, and prenatal health, fitness and wellness. It is designed to empower mom's through exercises, movement and mind body connection, by providing tools to expereince a more comfortable pregnancy, feeling prepared and confident with labor and birth, and a healthier baby. As prenatal exercise specialist and a birth doula, the pregnancy and birth expereince is one that is very close to my heart and I feel passionately about helping women feel empowered in their experience.

This program includes:
  • One on one call to discuss your particular goals
  • Workouts specific to where you are in your pregnancy, and adapting as you move along
  • Instructional videos of exercises
  • Core training specific to pregnancy to increase stability, decrease pregnancy related discomforts, and to create a strong and stable internal home for your baby
  • Pelvic floor training
  • Birth Ball training via video chat
  • Belly Breathing
  • Labor training techniques to prepare you to enter your birth with confidence, stamina and personal control
  • Nutrition guidance
  • Daily pregnancy and postpartum health and wellness tips via email
  • Weekly check in's via phone

My Prenatal program is incredibly individualized for each mama and very supportive throughout pregnancy.
